Just received it June 6, 2014 Reviewer: Franceen Trusel from Rathdrum, ID United States   I loved the shopping experience at 123.  I had just received notification that I was going to start working at a call center job and had no idea what I was even looking for.  Having the headset and the phone shown as a set was so much easier for me.  I used their chat which was also immensely helpful.  The clarity sure seems great when I tried it with my laptop.  Am glad I used this website!!! Excellent Value & Performance May 13, 2014 Reviewer: Cortez Smith (Kimbel-Smith Consulting Group) from Athens, GA United States   The sound clarity is wonderful when speaking and also hearing my customers.  The base does not take up too much space.  I use the headset for hours each day and the comfort level is just right.  Not so sure if the noise canceling feature is up to par, yet I'm not concerned about that too much.  I purchase this headset for my personal use as well as for all of my employees and they enjoy it. Yes Yes Yes April 29, 2014 Reviewer: Kevin G from Austin, TX   I have tried so many headsets and this is by far the best sounding and most comfortable headset of any brand including Plantronics and Jabra!
