A perfect pair August 9, 2014 Reviewer: HabeebAllaah TaaHaa from Newark, NJ United States   I am a work at home Professional that needs a good headset. The Pro Series Dual Ear Noise Canceling Headset allows me to have crystal clear sound as well as have the option of a USB port plug in if I am listening to any training material. My customers like the clear sound and do not complain that I sound like I am in a tunnel. I would recommend the Pro Series to anyone who has to talk to clients or customers on a daily basis. (First time I called/placed my order with them, I told my boss Jenn, that they were very helpful) Their Phone Service was/is very professional and helpful with trying to figure out which item we were needing, along with their suggestion with what may be more beneficial to our company's needs.      Mr. Mario was Awesome! Great Buy! July 25, 2014 Reviewer: Miss Cheyenne from Henderson, NV United States   Super fast delivery, excellent packaging. I have an older office phone without a designated headset jack. I have a headset that fits the phone handset, but did not have a mute button. This solved my problem, because the H-H Selection Switch 1202 has a mute button! Works perfectly. I can service my callers without having to invest in expensive phone gear. I would definitely order from your company again & will recommend you! (I work from home for a call center). Perfect for what I needed July 21, 2014 Reviewer: Dianne Timbers from Tucson, AZ United States   This headset is comfortable, provides good sound quality and is completely hands-free. The mic can be moved around easily. The volume is so high that I had to turn the volume on my phone to its lowest setting. The coiled cord that came with the set didn't fit into my phone and the company immediately sent, without charge, another cord that did. I appreciated the concern and courtesy displayed as we worked out that problem. Someone else might need more bells and whistles but for my needs this unit is perfect. Was this review helpful to you?

Thanks! June 22, 2014 Reviewer: Kathy   Just what I needed to work at home for Arise along with the USB cord so I didnt have to buy a different headset so that saved me money. The way this works is the headset has what is called a quick disconnect which pairs with a lower cord. There are different lower cords you can get that allow the same headset to be used wtih different things. Like the USB cord connects to the headset and then into the computer. The lower cord that comes with it is what plugs into the dial pad phone portion. Was this review helpful to you?
