The web-page, payment, order fulfillment, and delivery, all went very smoothly. The ear cushion replacements fit perfectly and seem to be better than the factory-originals. It's too soon to say if they are longer-lasting, but I'm guessing they will be. I think its good stuff at a fair price from a good company.

I would have rated this headset "excellent" but the leatherette cushion was not included with the order and the foam cushion is not the most comfortable to have against your ear for several hours.  However, being able to hear the client clearly has been great.
