Office Phones fall into 1 of 2 categories. They will either have a dedicated "Headset" port to plug a corded headset into or they don't.
If your phone has a headset port it will match either (A) the square modular RJ port or (B) the round pin jack type shown below.
Click the one that matches your phone to see available headsets with matching ends.
If your desk phone does not have a headset port you will need a headset & amplifier combo to adapt a headset to your phone by choosing (C) below.
Click one of the following.
Does your phone have a headset Jack? If so, like A or B below.
A. A dedicated RJ headset port.
B. A 2.5 or 3.5mm headset jack.
If your desk phone has a dedicated RJ headset port choose this option.
If your phone has a 2.5mm or 3.5mm headset port choose this option.
If your phone does NOT have a headset port.
C.You require a headset/amplifier combo.
*adds volume & mute functionality plus headset/handset control.
Q. If my phone doesn't have a headset port can I just plug into the handset port?
A. On most phones you can do this by choosing "A" above. We have received feed back from some customers that their callers have a hard time hearing them. This is because the microphone on a headset is not as powerful as the handset. That is why we recommend a headset amplifier for these phones which gives you volume control, mute and the ability to still use your handset. Click option "C" above then "amplifier" for complete headset bundle for phones without headset ports.
