Just received it June 6, 2014 Reviewer: Franceen Trusel from Rathdrum, ID United States   I loved the shopping experience at 123.  I had just received notification that I was going to start working at a call center job and had no idea what I was even looking for.  Having the headset and the phone shown as a set was so much easier for me.  I used their chat which was also immensely helpful.  The clarity sure seems great when I tried it with my laptop.  Am glad I used this website!!! Great Headset May 30, 2014 Reviewer: Beverly Greer from Cincinnati, OH United States   I would have rated this headset "excellent" but the leatherette cushion was not included with the order and the foam cushion is not the most comfortable to have against your ear for several hours.  However, being able to hear the client clearly has been great.
