ECO-2 Dual Headset with DA 202 telephone October 24, 2014 Reviewer: Doris Blum from Mims, FL United States   I was surprised at how little the telephone was initially, but after installing it and after using the headset and telephone, I found out how compact and great it was. I have never had such a small unit and it works just as well as the ones I have had at work which were twice or three times as large and "clunky." Excellent Value & Performance May 13, 2014 Reviewer: Cortez Smith (Kimbel-Smith Consulting Group) from Athens, GA United States   The sound clarity is wonderful when speaking and also hearing my customers.  The base does not take up too much space.  I use the headset for hours each day and the comfort level is just right.  Not so sure if the noise canceling feature is up to par, yet I'm not concerned about that too much.  I purchase this headset for my personal use as well as for all of my employees and they enjoy it. Cheap headset March 8, 2014 Reviewer: Chris Volquardsen from Valrico, FL United States   Very flimsy and mouthpiece not adjustable, will be used as a back up headset only. The DA202 telephone is great, is the exact duplicate of primary phone. Was this review helpful to you?

Not your fault.. February 28, 2014 Reviewer: Robert Whitfield from Port Royal, SC United States   I was supposed to receive my headset on Wednesday but did not get it till the following Friday due to the bad storm in South Carolina.  I lost my business opportunity as a result.  I would like to return the headset for a refund.
