Super fast delivery, excellent packaging. I have an older office phone without a designated headset jack. I have a headset that fits the phone handset, but did not have a mute button. This solved my problem, because the H-H Selection Switch 1202 has a mute button! Works perfectly. I can service my callers without having to invest in expensive phone gear. I would definitely order from your company again & will recommend you! (I work from home for a call center).
