Do you accept payment by check or money order?
  Yes, we gladly accept payment by check or money order.

Simply place your order as usual and choose "Check by Mail" as your payment option.

Please include your Order Number and a copy of your Order Confirmation when sending your Check or Money Order.

  • We reserve the right to hold an order until the funds clear your banking institution and our system.
  • International orders must be paid by International Money Orders, in U.S. funds, drawn on a United States Bank.
Was my debit card charged twice?
 
If you pay with a debit card, you may notice what appears to be a pair of charges when you expect only one. Rest assured: our customer portal did not take money out of your bank account two times when you only authorized a single transaction.

Here is what happens.
  1. You authorize a payment for goods from our store.
  2. Our customer portal sends the transaction to your bank for processing.
  3. We send a "test" transaction to your bank to determine whether you have sufficient funds to cover the amount.
  4. Your bank responds, "Yes!"
  5. We send the transaction back to your bank, asking for an Address Verification System (AVS) check before moving the money.
  6. Your bank performs the AVS check and, if the billing address on file with the bank matches the billing address on file with our customer portal, your bank approves the transaction and moves the money.
A few banks record these as two distinct transactions and make both visible to you. Be aware that only one transaction actually moved any money. The other was only a question: "Is there enough money available?" As a result, you may see one transaction in the "Pending" state and the other as a complete transaction. The "pending" transaction will vanish in a day or so.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in WA State.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
