Great headset with twisty cord July 9, 2018 Reviewer: Seafree from Santa Monica, CA United States   I've been using M220C headsets since 2005.  They sound great but the cord tends to twist up, requiring a quick procedure to uncoil it.  After a few years, the repeated twist/untwist action leads to an unreliable connection so I buy another one (they are very inexpensive).  In the past, these headsets arrived in a sturdy plastic bubble packs with the cords loosely looped but my latest purchase arrived in a flimsy plastic bag with the cord wrapped up so tightly that I couldn't properly straighten it.  If the cord wasn't so tight, I would have given it 5 stars..
